the coffee and Tea Merchant Store.

Monitor and maintain quality store operation,
provide quality customer service, Lead and
empower store employees ina postive manner,
and maximize the store's financal performance.
Qualifications
Education
Experience
Three to five years' experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
Minimun two years' management experience
Time management and organizational experience
Knowledge and Ability
People skills Ability to motivate employees. Demonstrate strong independent and
judgement to accomplish day-today objectives. Maintain employee education. Provide assistance
to customer in a courteous and professional manner.
Financial operation Proven store banking and bookkeeping skills. Use the automated payroll system. Produce employee schedules. Generate weekly financial status reports. Order bulk coffee and tea. Coffee knowledge Barista experience including preparing a wide variety of espresso beverages. Knowledge of coffee beans, including country of origin.
